Progress continues on the Animals prototypes. After a minor setback where I ordered Jane in the wrong size I am back on track with some painting. We have had our Peacemakers and Survivalists done for so long, I forgot how fun it is to see our characters come to life in 3 dimensions.
That’s my pinky, for reference. I accidentally set my coffee cup down on them and that was the end of that.
First off, I did a pass on Jugger adding more browns in the mid-tones to brighten her up. I’m pretty happy with where she’s at now.
Next is Jane in the correct size. I love this sculpt so much, it’s really nice to paint Jane’s different panels. This is still very much in progress, I need to do something more interesting with the light bulb.
Finally, here’s a sneak peek at the next model, Little Jenny. I’m very excited to paint some Red Dragons!
